Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

Libel / slander / defamation to better a court case

My wife is being sued by her mother, to leave the house that they both own. Mom has made false claims in a court report of ''delapitdated vehicles'', they were all her vehicles, urin smell in the house, They came from her dogs,who are inside small dogs. i dont have house dogs, she wanted the judge to believe that we were destroying the house so she could get us out and sell it. We can prove all of this, what recoarse do we have? is she guilty of libel, slander, defamation? point me in the right direction please

Mom is protected by the litigation privilege from being sued for defamation.
