Is a motion to toll requied to toll on a motion to join an indespensable party?
(the other subsidiary with same property interest)

I do not understand the question; however, I can tell you one thing that may be of assistance: if the subsidiary about which you inquire is a corporation or llc, you'll need an attorney as these sorts of entities cannot be represented in proper person.
