Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

Notary Notarized Quitclaim Deed w/o me present

Hi,

My ex-husband had property I owned quitclaimed over to him. The notary was one of his co-workers. I did not know about until I called about my property.

I filed a complaint with the state and they investigated. She claimed to have ''lost'' her notary book so they fined her for that.

I plan on suing her in small claims court. How should I present my evidence or what is evidence that I need? The signature is close to mine but not 100%. Looks like it could have been traced.

Please help and thank you!!!

You need a handwriting expert. Your opinion that it is not your signature may not be enough.

What are you damages? Did you get the property back? Have you reported this to the police?
