Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

I paid $2000 cash for a plastic surgery procedure in July that was redeemable for a year. I called three days ago asking for a possible refund due to financial burdens or if not possible, to schedule the procedure since I already paid for it. I got the run around for 3 days with no call backs. I finally demanded an answer, the "new owners" told the receptionist that they have no record of me or any transaction and I would have to go after the doctor that no longer works there. I paid the SPA not the DOCTOR. Apparetly the doctor was a partial owner but I was never notified of any changes. The spa is still the same name too. I have all receipts and paperwork they gave me back in July but they refuse to deal with me. I feel Ive been robbed of two thousand dollars CASH!!! Do I have a case???

You have a case. But, you would have to pay my firm more than $2,000 to be retained. I suggest you go to small claims court. There is a self help center and a website in Las Vegas. You can get more information there.
