Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada
Is there a simple form of agency in Nevada under which the criteria are more a matter of law than fact so that a judge may find on the issue rather than the more common required jury? Which statute NRS covers that? Tks! WB

I am not sure what you mean at all. If the agency relationship is in writing, it is still a matter of fact related to what happened, or did not happen with the agency. A law school class could be taught on this subject, so I'm not going into it here. Use Google to find the statutes on this or go to a law library.
