Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Nevada

I was wondering if a school has possession of a video of a fight which I can be seen in, not fighting or any kind of altercation, that happened off campus can i be placed on rpc for fighting and campus disturbance? If not is there any legal action I can take against the school?

The answer is maybe. Is RPC suspension? They can probably suspend you for anything in or around the school. You can always challenge those things, but who is going to pay for the legal bills? Google me.
