I was brought here as a small child at the age of 7 raises in Oregon never gotten in trouble for anything got with a 18 year old guy when I was 15 got pregnant from him at 17 left him when I was 19 because he was really abusive never called the cops on him moved to vegas an currently in a relationship my sons dad don't pay child support or see him there is not any orders for him for child support an now is threatening to call immigration on me because I won't let him see my son is there anything I can do?

As to the child's father's rights to visitation or custody, you would need to contact a Family Law Attorney.
However, as far as Immigration goes, he can "call" USCIS, but that does not mean they would take the time to investigate his claim. Angry or abusive significant others always use the "I'm going to get you deported" threat to try to control the other partner.
My concern would be for your safety, not that he had the power to get you deported.
