Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada
I am US citizen and married a UK citizen (England) last month. He returned to England to work and settle things there which we guess will take about a year. Eventually we hope he can move here. My question is how can we visit one another during this time? What type of visa would be required for me to visit him for a week and vice versa?

Your husband would need a B2 (tourist) visa. You will need to check the UK's requirements for entering the country. You can also apply for your husband's greencard now and he can travel with it. For assistance, please give me a call at 1-800-408-5818 or email me at [email protected].
