Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada
Hi, I am a current naturalized US citizen and I wanted to file for an application for my parent to visit the US and they have never been in the US before. Any suggestions on anything I should be preparing and what application I should be filing?
Thank you

You would file form I-130. You should consult with an immigration attorney just to make sure there aren't any underlying issues. For assistance, please contact me at 1-800-408-5818 or email me at [email protected].
