Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada
Good day.
Me (male from Lithuania been living in UK for the last 6 years) and my fiance (female American citizen) want to get married and live together in US. What is the best course of action? Get married first and then come to the US to file all paper work or to come to the US first and then get married and start all paper work?

It is a personal choice as to where you would like to get married. If you would like to get married in the United States, you can get a fiance visa and then apply for a green card here. If you get married abroad, you can come in on an immigrant visa petition. If you would like to come to the United States sooner rather than later, it might be quicker to get your fiance visa and then get married within 90 days. Please feel free to contact me for a consultation as I can serve clients all across the United States.
