H1 Transfer

Hi,

I am in India having a valid H1 from Company B.

Can i transfer the H1 to some other

CompanyB (in US / India having presence in US)

while being in India .

Since you have never worked for Company A and have not been issued an H visa and entered to work for Co. A, there is no "transfer." Co. B will need to file their own H petition for you to enter the US and start work.
