Re: H1 Visa
No, the second H-1b will not impact your approved H-1b. The employer can withdraw it.
Re: H1 Visa
In my view, whenever you are doing your own visa application and receive an RFE, stop what you are doing immediately and hire an immigration lawyer to help you. You are already in over your head. As a general observation, you should never have two visas at the same time. The system is set up so that each applicant only has one valid visa at a time. Furthermore, with a valid H1-B for one employer, you may be able to change to another employer without having to submit another visa application. Find someone who is knowledgeable about H1-B visas to help you out of the situation you are in. No attorney-client relationship has been created by this exchange of postings. If you want further help, I may be available to provide it. Good luck.
