Re: Ice holds

I perceive that you know someone who has been put on an ICE detainer after having committed a crime of some sort. An ICE "hold" is a detainer which gives notice to the jail to hold the person until ICE picks him or her up. If you need some help with questions as to the procedure that follows when ICE does pick up the person, don't hesitate to contact my office for a phone consultation -- I specialize in deportation cases all over the country. If not me, then find a good immigration lawyer to help. Good luck!
