lost job on H1B via - what to do

I got laid off from my job that was sponsoring my H1B visa. Now I have 30 days to get a new job that will sponsor H1B or else I have to go back. If I can't find a job within this time limit, what are my options to stay in this country? I do have a brother-in-law and sister in this country...can this help? Please help.
