Married But Living In Separate States

I am a Canadian who recently got married to a USC. I don't have any current status and I am here on an extended vacation. My wife is currently in Florida and I live in Las Vegas. We have talked about moving in together in Las Vegas but she has still other obligations to fulfill in Florida. Is is possible for her to file my papers me while we are living apart? Please advise.

As long as the marriage was entered into in good faith and you had the requisite intent at the time of the marriage, you can file and document the necessity of living apart for a short time (job, economy etc.)

I would have to review how you entered the U.S. and what you told the officer upon entry. Assuming everything is in order, I am fairly confident that you should have no problem filing while living apart so long as the marriage was entered into in good faith.
