Legal Question in Immigration Law in Nevada
Overstayed my visa
I am in the USA illegally. I entered legally in 2001. I have heard of a 10 year visa waiver, which would allow me to stay in the USA? Is this possible for me?

Re: Overstayed my visa
Visa waiver is only possible in the case of "extreme and unusual hardship" to a united states citizen spouse and/or child. For example, if your spouse/child has a chronic illness, only than would immigration officials consider your waiver application.
