petioning a under age brother

im a citizen planning to get my parents and my under age brothe back to the phils.is it possible that i can include my brother to my petition with parents? How thw waiting process is it the same with my parents and is it possible that they come here in the U.S. at the same time?

If your brother is under 21 years old, it is possible to include his application for permanent residence with your parent's application. That way, your parents and your brother will be able to immigrate at the same time.
