You may be able to but you may need a waiver of inadmissibility. For a free consultation, please contact my office at 904-371-3538 or email me at [email protected].

You don't need any waiver of inadmissibility. By virtue of your marriage to a U.S. Citizen, your unlawful presence is essentially waived. You are fine to adjust your status (make sure you have your I-94 card as proof of being lawfully admitted)

if you need help filing, contact my office.

Hi,

Yes, upon marriage to a U.S. citizen, you can adjust status in the U.S. A waiver is not required. We have additional information here: www.h1b1.com/Uscitizen.htm

You can contact our immigration law firm during business hours at 212-268-3580, or email [email protected] for guidance if you have questions.
