Legal Question in Insurance Law in Nevada
Act of God, or negligence?
Our 17' sailboat, covered with a tarp, strapped to a trailer and secured to a lightpole, parked in a parking stall, flipped on
it's side during high winds & damaged the vehicle next to it. The owner of the vehicle was warned the boat had flipped once before, but still parked next to the boat. Are we responsible for his damage?
