Legal Question in Insurance Law in Nevada
auto accident not my fault while on a deivery
I was in an accident not my fault other driver ran red light & hit me. If work comp has paid mymedical bills. Will the other drivers insurance have to pay me directly? I am not sure what happens?

Work comp gets part of the other driver's money for reimbursement of its expenses on your behalf. You get whatever you can that's left over.
