Legal Question in Insurance Law in Nevada
Auto accident insurace limits
Aftr being in an auto accident no fault of my own. The medical bills are $18,000.00 and the insurance company says they can only pay $20,000.00 and there will be no negotiating as that is the limit the other driver that caused the accident has. Is this possible ? Do I have to settle for this amount?

Re: Auto accident insurace limits
Ask for proof it is insurance limit.
It may be all the insurance company has to pay, but the adverse driver, if they have an ability to pay, can be sued.
