Legal Question in Insurance Law in Nevada
Heath Insurance
3 years ago I got in a car accident and had to be taken to the hospital. My parents filled out all of the necessary paperwork for my insurance. A year later, I received a bill for the full amount for my hospital bills, totaling around $5000 dollars. My current situation has not changed. The insurance company claims that the hospital submitted my paperwork too late, so they won't pay the bill. I have been on the phone numerous times with collection companies and people from the hospital. Do I have a reason to sue, and who is at fault here?

Re: Heath Insurance
It is difficult for me to respond to your question because I have not read your health plan/insurance policy. I also have not seen the letters from the insurer. Ultimately I think your best recourse is to find coverage under the health policy.
If you really care about this matter, contact me to set up and appointment. While I do not work for free, we can try to work something out. In past experience, many collection matters are quickly resolved once the other side sees that you have an attorney.
