Legal Question in Insurance Law in Nevada
Motorcycle Accident
My husband was hit in an intersection riding his motorcycle. The other driver was cited and we are trying to get it settled with his insurance. They are telling us they are totaling the bike. It's only 2 years old, like new and we owe more on it then they want to give us. What can we do to recover our loss? Can we sue the driver for the balance? How do we get compensated for the full amount?
