Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Nevada

breach of contract

I have a signed contract and the other party has not kept there end of the contract. Can I sue them for it, and does this release me from my part of the contract?

It all depends upon the terms of the contract, specifically whether there are specific remedies in the event of the other party's breach. I would advise against refusing your part of the contract until you've had an attorney review the document.
