if i make a t-shirt to sell that has a writen statement i created about my love and dedication to a product as well as a pic of that companys logo, is it copyright infringement

Any franchise attorney or IP attorney will say the unauthorized use of another's logo is not copyright infringement, it's trademark infringement. Depending on the level the mark is protected, there will be serious and costly consequences. Consult with a good franchise attorney or IP attorney in your area for specific advice.
