Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada
Assaulted by Supervisor
My daughter worked for a Company as a cashier. She had to close at night with a male supervisor that she asked the store manager not to make her close with (because she felt uncomfortable with him) she had to close with him anyway. They were walking the store and the warehouse and she was in front of him. He said put your purse down & turn around. She turned & asked why to see him standing there with a knife in one hand and pull ties in the other. He then said go over and sit in the chair. She said why are you doing this? He then went walking around saying off the wall things like I don't know why I'm doing this ect and turned his back on her. She got up and quickly grabbed her purse and hurried out the back door where a man was walking by who she asked for help. He called the Police and by the time they got there the supervisor had locked up and left. He did'nt show for work after that. I want to know if she can sue the Store for makeing her close with him and putting her in harms way?

Re: Assaulted by Supervisor
Firstly, I recommend calling the police. As far as suing the company please call my law office at 818-342-8020 if this is a California case for a free consultation.
