Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada
I am a contractor with the FDIC. I had to get an FDIC security clearance for the job.
I want our work schedules as evidence in an unemployment appeal hearing. The schedules show who will work which projects, what their role will be, the project's name, and what days the project is going to take place.
No where on the schedule does it say confidential or anything like that. The person who emails us the schedule, in his email he writes to not send this to anyone outside our department. Although, he does not always remember to write that. His emails have the usual disclaimer, if this email was not intended for you, don't read it.
Also, I would like to be able to show two of my coworkers, who are on the schedule.
How could I use our schedules in the hearing? Should I change the people's names to just their initials? Is there anything else I should take into consideration?
Or can I just use the schedules as is?

It appears that you are headed down the wrong path entirely. It appears that you are attempting to prove some set of facts that would show that you did not engage in misconduct. Inadvertantly, you are probably shifting the burden of proof upon yourself, thereby setting yourself up to prove a negative, which is difficult to do. You may want to consult an attorney.
