Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

I was denied tuition reimbursement. However, my company paid me for the previous semester. I have done nothing different this time. HR director keeps avoiding me and I have gone to HR multiple times the last 2-3 months. I have went to my boss and my director. Nothing. Do I have any viable options?

Perhaps you should pay a visit to the Labor Commissioner. Go in person! Do not call! The location is 555 E. Washington Ave., Fourth Floor.
