Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada
We are looking to get our employees to fill out Non Disclosure Agreements and Non Compete Agreements. We are based out of Nevada, but some of our employees live in other states and other countries. Will the standard NDA and NCA forms for Nevada be sufficient for all of our employees, or do we need specific forms for each state or country? Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I am not licensed to practice, of course, in every state, and statements made herein cannot and should not be accepted as legal advice, as I am not apprised of all of the facts related to your inquiry. Generally, however, you may include a clause stating that the agreements shall be interpretted by and through the laws of the State of Nevada.
