Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

My employer is also my doctor. Some money was taken and I was accused. I use to work three days a week but Since this happened I only work two now. I use to get paid 600 but now I only get paid 400. Also on Saturday I would work at my doctors house and be paid for that day since this theft accured Saturdays have become part of my regular pay. So I no longer get paid for my Saturdays seperately.
