Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

My employer knows I have been working a substantial number of hours at another location, and has even encouraged it. Do they have to pay me for that? They don't plan on it.

Generally, you are entitled to compensation for every hour worked. You can present your case to the Labor Commissioner and that office will assist you free of charge if you are entitled to wages that have not been paid. You should go to Labor Commissioner's office and file a complaint in person, not over the phone. The office is located on the fourth floor of the Grant Sawyer Building, 555 E. Washington Ave., Suite 4100.
