Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

What is OT in Nevada? I work for Major Corporate Retail Company who only pays half time in Nevada (no...not time AND a half, just half time) Is that legal? That would mean that minimum wage employees would be working for under minimum wage AND working overtime and managers who make more are working 50+ hours a week and only getting paid for around 45. Please clarify for me. Thank you.
