Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

At my place of work we enter our time into an online system I enter my time and sometimes I have OT for meetings they schedule and things of that nature. What I am noticing is that the past couple weeks they have been editing out my Overtime from my online submissions. Can they seriously do stuff like that?
