Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

Terminated for ''sick leave abuse''.

I called in sick with a migraine at 10:00 am for a 2:30 pm shift. (I have a history of migraine headaches and have prescription medication.) At 11:00 pm that evening two fellow employees witnessed myself and a friend having dinner at a restaurant. They notified my supervisor of this and I was terminated for sick leave abuse. I have no history of sick leave overuse and have not recieved any oral or written warnings for this or any other workplace violations. Can my employer sustain such a claim with such trivial evidence?
