Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

My wife was let go from her job at Smith's food and drug because she asked for a reasonable accomidation for a bad back. They said that she didn't make it through her probational period. What can we do about this?

Your wife should speak with a representative of either the Nevada Equal Rights Commission (NERC) or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
