Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada
I work at a boarding kennel, and customers will leave tips for the staff, but the owner keeps all the tips. In Nevada what is the law regarding this?

You can visit the Labor Commissioner at 555 E. Washington Ave., Ste. 4100. They can pursue your rights for you, and you cannot be retaliated against for speaking with them. I recommend filing a claim in person.
