Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

I worked for a bank in Nevada as a co manager. I was classified as an exempt employee and regularly worked an average of 60 hours a week, sometimes more. I do not feel a co managers job duties meet the standards under Nevada law or Federal law to be classified as exempt. I was told the main job function of a co manager was to aid in sales. I was not allowed to have an part in hiring, firing, performance reviews of employees, promotions of employees, as well as wages of employees. In fact I was not allowed to make any decisions regarding employees as well as business decisions. In addition most of my time was spent acting as a teller/banker and telemarketing. I also went months at a time without any lunch breaks. This company also does not allow bankers lunch breaks much of the time. Is that legal in Nevada? How do I find out if they should have been paying me overtime?
