Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada
I have been working for my company for over 11 years and I am on a 100% commission based contract. The owner retired and sold the company. The new owner now wants to re-do a new contract and put me on an hourly rate with a bonus structure that is ridiculously hard to hit. Can he fire me if I refuse to sign a new contract? Wouldn't that be considered breach of contact?
