Legal Question in Employment Law in Nevada

I'm currently working retail store in the mall. they have me working a double shift. 11am-4pm in store #1; and then 5pm - 11pm at another store. I work for the same company/store. The exact same store name. But they have me clock out separately, so they dont have to pay me overtime. Is that so? Or am I eligable for compensation?

It would appear to me that you are very likely entitled to overtime compensation. You say it is the same employer, just different location (same store chain). There are more details here that could be important, feel free to cal me to discuss, 383-6085 or check out my website overtimelaw.com

You can get the answers you seek free of charge from the Office of the Labor Commissioner, located at 555 E. Washington Ave. (The Grant Sawyer Bldg.), Ste. 4100. If you are entitled to overtime pay (and it appears that you likely are), the Labor Commissioner can get your overtime paid to you at no cost to you. Also, the Labor Commissioner can explain to you your rights regarding employer retaliation.
