Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Nevada
My 6 month lease is over this month. It is the 9th of the month. I called my landlord and told him I will be leaving at the end of the month. He said that since I didn't give him a 30 day notice I might still be responsible for another month. Is this true? What is the law.

If it says in the lease you have to give notice of termination then you have to give 30 days notice. The lease governs. Normally 30 days is required as notice on month to month rentals.
