Can I break a lease over a threatening neighbor who has threatened me?
My neighbor has threatened me and threatened to kill my dog with poison. I filed a police report about an earlier incident also. Can I get out of my lease in Nevada?

Need more info. Is the neighbor in your building?
If his conduct is illegal or in violation of his lease, your landlord may have a duty to evict him.
I would write a letter to the Landlord with a copy of prior police report, and if no action is taken and the problem continues, notify the LL that he is in breach of his lease obligations ( I would need to review your lease.)
