Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Nevada
Is it possible to break a lease?
I have a year lease with 9 months left to go. I would like to break the lease as I have found a home to purchase. Can I do this legally?

Re: Is it possible to break a lease?
Your ability to break your lease will be governed by the terms and conditions of the contract you signed. I would have to review your lease contract to give you a proper opinion.
