Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Nevada
change of agreement
I rent rooms from a homeowner who also resides in the residence. The initial agreement for rents was for 3 persons, myself, my husband and my son. My husband's move was delayed 6 weeks, and now the homeowner says she isn't comfortable with the idea of him here, that she is the homeowner and if he attempts to move in she will have him arrested. Does she indeed have that ability?

Re: change of agreement
Unless you have it in writing that your husband can live in her house, your landlord can exclude him usoing the police.
