Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Nevada
Can intentional damages be proved if the tenants were evected? Pictures had been taken two weeks earlier by an inspector. On the morning of lockout tenants had gone,all walls had been sprayed painted and they even added their names, cans of paint had been poured in the drains and all over the floor the paint on the floor was still wet.What would be our best course of action?

You could sue for malicious destruction of private property in Small Claim's Court up to $5,000.
