Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Nevada

I have a lease signed 09/15/06 for the address of 6213 black mane way the actual adress is recorded with nevada state as 6231 which dosent exsist.Is this a valid lease? It dosent have a parcel number on it. I could not put any utilities in my name.Because the lease is inconsistant with the actual address. Frankly, i have choosen to move and i want to know can the landlords enforce a lease that dosent coinside with the actual property they rented. Thank's in advance for any help you can offer..

Yes you are on the hook, notwithstanding a typo. You moved in right? You agreed on monthly rent right?
