Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Nevada

Lien on Mobile Home

My parents owned a mobile home in the same park in Nevada for 23 yrs. My father took ill and we brought him home to Illinois. He passed away in January of 2007. We signed a contract with the mobile home park for 3 months to sell the home. We paid rent on the space for said time. We were contacted with an offer which we said to accept. We were again contacted with the information that the interested party wished to have to utilities turned on for an inspection. We agreed and when we questioned as to how process was going we were told they hadn't heard from the party. This happened several more times. After the contract expired we paid one more month's rent in hopes that it would enable us more time to sell. We heard nothing from the park until the next months rent was due. We did not pay it. We received a certified letter from an attonery stating there was a lien put on the home and the cost of the two months rent, lien cost and other costs were being charged and damanded. It further states that if it is not paid by 5/31/07 the home will be advertised or auctioned off to cover the cost of said. Can this be done? And after they receive their funds who gets the remaining profit? Thank you
