Personnal Property stolen after 24 h lock out.

I was locked out from a 24 hour lock out that landlord missed court date on, can they get us evicted from home without them refiling a 5 day? After lock out land lord would give us ok to enter for our belings, and every time make it impossable to enter. 11-22-05 was lock out and on 12-21-05 they started to throw away and move my belongings, and failed to tell me that on 3 seperate times they were called by my old neibor, when my door was kicked in and 3 males were carring my TVs, computers ect. The landlord stated she did not call police and report the robbery, becouse she claims when she arrived they were gone. So no report was made to protect or retrieve my belongings. Iwas told and have all this on auto tape, that the landlord responded to my unit and spoke with the guys and left. She admits on tape my belongings were thrown away on 12-21-05, not even 30 days... She admits my apt was broken into 3 times and she did nothing, and she says they paid movers to store my stuff, and can not tell me who moved and packed. She admits I was in the office several times, but disagrees as to myself trying to retrieve my belongs, go figure.. She mailed me a Aband.. letter 0n 12-13-05 not even a full 14 days passed. What do I do?
