property lease
Is there a recision period on a residental property lease. If so how long, if not how hard is to get out of a lease if you have not taken possesion of property.

Your rescission period will be dictated by the terms of your lease agreement. I wouldn't be able to accurately tell you that without looking at the lease agreement.
