Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Nevada
Resident Vehicles Parked at Apartments
My registered operating vehicle, with current license plates was towed from my apartment complex while I was on vacation. Management said that it had not moved for two weeks from uncovered parking so they determined that it was not operational. The charges are over $300.00 and have said that it is my problem. What can I do?

What does the lease say?
I would want to review that, plus any relevant statutes. Did they give written notice before moving?
