Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Nevada
I gave my pet up for donation and I want him back.
I had a birds. I was being pressured by my husband to get rid of him due to screaming problems. I was also in the process of adopting a new baby into the family. In an emotional state I called a bird donation program and gave my bird up for adoption. It has been one month and I am in a terrible depression over my impulsive act. I had him for 10 years and am unable to resolve my feelings of regret over my action and being without him. I would like my bird back. What are my legal chances of getting him back if the donee will not agree to giving him back to me?

Probalby not great, but one would have to look at the agreement. You might contact them and let them know what is occuring and they might cooperate. (I have an Umbrella Cockatoo (sitting on my lap right now) so I know how you feel).
